“What I have enjoyed the most throughout my practice of law is working with real people and their families. I have worked for companies and for insurance carriers in the past, and I have come away disappointed with how impersonal my work was working for a large faceless corporate enterprise. In my time helping injured victims, I have had the opportunity to help someone and their family in a way that literally changed their lives. Knowing that I was able to use my experience and education to help someone with a serious problem, and in many cases change their life, is very rewarding. It helps me to love what I do.”

Justin has been fortunate enough to have litigated personal injury cases at such a high level that he was inducted into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which recognizes the outstanding achievements of trial lawyers throughout the United States. Membership is limited to attorneys who have won verdicts or settlements in excess of one million dollars. Fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members. Additionally, Justin serves as a court appointed arbitrator in Nevada’s Court-Annexed Arbitration Program where he oversees cases, listens to evidence, and renders decisions on those cases in the program.

Justin played college basketball prior to attending law school, which taught him a lot about hard work and connecting with people. He very much continues to enjoy playing the game as well as coaching youth sports. In his spare time, you will often find Justin playing golf or a pick up game of basketball, or perhaps out on Lake Mead. He loves spending time with his family. He has been married to his wife Mandy for 20 years, and along with her, he spends a great deal of time with his four (4) children. Justin has two boys and two girls, and he recommends everyone planning to have four kids should do it that way.

After their second child was born, Justin’s wife Mandy was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, and they have since worked with local members of the MS community in order to raise awareness of the condition, and fight for a cure. It is a cause that continues to be incredibly important to him today.
